Milano sono io
Web Design
Milano sono io born from the desire of LUZ to tell the city of Milan in our days with the goal to create a relationship between photographic storytelling and digital communication. The website was created by Parcodiyellowstone Studio with five-story themes, each one distinguished by a different color and the shots is organized by location on the homepage. The user can access each photography project through the map.
I designed the last two stories, "Milano che non c'e" (IV story) and "Milano by sapiens."(V story)
"Milano che non c'e" is a photo gallery by Camilla Piana organize by colors, showing the city of Milan differently, creating a series of images where the boundary between conceptual art and photography slowly dissolves.
"Milano by sapiens" is a story of nine personalities born far away from Milan and arriving in the city at different stages of their lives. In this proposal, the interviews are presented next to each other and the user can browse them independently. This would allow - possibly - to read the interviews at the same time or more likely to pass continuously from one to the other. The interviews are presented in a very narrow column and the number of visible interviews at the same time depends on the size of the screen.
